Obviously I hope to God that the Rockies pull this thing off, but I just think that it's too much of a stretch ask the Rockies to go at least 2-2 versus Beckett and Schilling. If they do manage to defeat Beckett tonight though, it will be a huge mental boost to the Rockies and a slight dent in Beckett's seemingly invincible aura. Schilling can be very good, but he can also be very bad as he demonstrated in the Indians' series. Dice-K is either going to be awful or mediocre, he throws too many pitches to go past even just six innings. Of course, the bottom line is if the Rockies are going to win, they need to jump out early and not play from behind, lest they want to face Jon Papelbon in the eighth inning.
Bottom line, Sox in six, mass Yankee fan suicides in in the following week.

Not even Metallica could save the Rockies tonight.
