Give me something to believe in cause I don't believe in you anymore

The New York Mets completed a horrid collapse and missed the playoffs after leading the National League East nearly the entire season.

Much has been made about the team's celebratory practices, something that had been considered a positive in the beginning of the year is now something that is being looked down upon. Did the Mets' over the top celebrations result in cellar dwellers like the Nationals and Marlins being a little more inspired than they should have been these last two weeks?
